Our Story

When my brother, Benjamin, and I decided in 2014 to open our first 1,000 sq ft location we never dreamed we would be where we are now, in our new 16,000 sq ft facility. We have grown from a small sports performance facility to now being able to offer Iron Luck CrossFit, Open Gym memberships, Sports Performance On & Off-Site and our newest competitive Weightlifting team. We strive daily to bring Central PA the very best location and we try to have a positive impact on as many people's lives as we can.




This program is based on the CrossFit methodology’s prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity.” Our CrossFit workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. Our CrossFit classes build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life.


This program is for our competitive weightlifters or for someone who is looking to improve their Olympic weightlifting technique. This membership includes all barbell club sessions, weekly programming, and our open-gym membership. Workouts are designed to build strength, power, and technique efficiency.


Our Sports Performance program is for youth, high-school, college, and professional athletes. All of our programs are scientifically based and performed under the watchful eye of our trainers. Each athlete begins with an Initial strength assessment and  Functional Movement Screen (FMS). We offer 1 on 1 coaching and individualized small - group training for athletes. Please contact us to schedule your athlete's initial assessment.


Our open-gym membership is for the avid gym-goer. This option allows members key-fob access to the entire facility anytime during the week (Monday-Sunday) between the hours of 5am-10pm. We also offer weekly passes for out-of-town guests visiting our location, please contact for more info.


We offer personal training workout programs for our clients to help reach their health and fitness goals. Your personal trainer will build and design a program specific to your goals. We offer full (60 min) and half (30 min) sessions. Please contact us to discuss which program and options are best for your health and fitness.


We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Haulman Physical Therapy. Zach Haulman, DPT, OCS is now located inside our facility adjacent to our lobby. Zach specializes in orthopedic injuries and is the first-ever cash based PT in our region. He offers body-work punchcards, physical therapy, and post-surgery rehab.
